Return and Refund Policy

1. Instructor-led courses and scheduled classes

• A cancellation received at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date is eligible for a full refund of the DTRS course fee, excluding any non-refundable third-party item already issued at the purchaser's request.
• A cancellation received 7 to 13 calendar days before the scheduled start date is eligible for a 50% refund of the DTRS course fee, or the purchaser may request one transfer to a future comparable DTRS session, subject to availability.
• A cancellation received fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date, a no-show, or a withdrawal after the course begins is not eligible for a course-fee refund. DTRS may allow a transfer in documented exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

2. Self-paced digital courses

A self-paced digital course purchase may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase only if the learner has not substantially begun the course and no non-returnable license, voucher, download, or third-party digital product has been issued or activated. Once substantial access or consumption has occurred, the digital course is not refundable except where required by law or to correct a DTRS billing or delivery error.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled to stop future renewals. Unless required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or necessary to correct a billing error, subscription charges are not prorated or refunded after a billing period begins.

4. Exam vouchers, retakes, courseware, labs, and license codes

Exam vouchers, retake vouchers, official courseware, digital books, lab licenses, access keys, and similar third-party items are non-refundable once the code, license, authorization, or digital entitlement has been issued, revealed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise made available to the purchaser when the third-party provider does not permit return. Before issuance, eligibility for refund follows the applicable DTRS product terms and any provider restrictions.

5. Testing appointments and third-party rules

Testing appointments, rescheduling, candidate no-shows, late arrivals, identification failures, and exam cancellations may be governed by the applicable testing sponsor or provider. Provider fees or voucher value that DTRS cannot recover are not refundable by DTRS unless required by law.

6. DTRS cancellation or material schedule change

If DTRS cancels a paid instructor-led course or service, the purchaser may choose a full refund of the affected DTRS course/service fee or transfer the amount to a comparable future DTRS offering. If a third-party item has already been validly issued and remains usable, its cost may be excluded from the cash refund unless DTRS can recover it.

7. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or billed incorrectly, contact DTRS promptly through the contact channel at dtrs.tech with the transaction information. We will review and correct verified billing errors.

8. Refund method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing time after approval may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
