These rules govern access to and acceptable use of DTRS Academy websites, learner accounts, course content, testing resources, and administrative features.
Effective: September 4, 2026 Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DTRS Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use. By creating an account, you also agree to the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
2. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and do not share an individual learner account.
- Use only accounts, organization features, courses, vouchers, testing information, and records you are authorized to access.
- Promptly notify DTRS if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
3. Academic and exam integrity
- Do not cheat, impersonate another person, falsify completion, misuse answer keys, share protected exam content, or circumvent course or assessment controls.
- Do not request, upload, distribute, or use unauthorized certification exam questions, braindumps, stolen assessment materials, or confidential testing content.
- Comply with applicable testing-provider candidate agreements and security rules.
4. Acceptable technology use
- Do not probe, attack, disrupt, scrape protected information, bypass access controls, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access to Academy systems.
- Cybersecurity labs and demonstrations may be used only within the authorized environment and scope provided by DTRS. Do not use Academy instruction to access, damage, monitor, test, or exploit systems without authorization.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or abusive conduct.
5. Course content and learner submissions
DTRS and its licensors retain ownership of Academy content. You receive a limited, personal or organization-specific license to use purchased or assigned content for the permitted learning purpose. You may not copy, record, publish, resell, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative training products from protected content.
You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant DTRS a limited right to host, process, display, and use submissions as reasonably needed to deliver, assess, secure, support, and administer the service.
6. Workforce resources and external opportunities
Funding, workforce, scholarship, employment, testing, and external resource information may change and may be provided by third parties. DTRS does not guarantee eligibility, availability, award, hiring, or approval. Users should verify current requirements with the responsible organization.
7. Suspension or termination
DTRS may restrict or suspend access for security reasons, fraud, payment issues, academic or exam-integrity violations, unlawful conduct, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, credential, audit, security, or program-administration purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use as Academy services change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; when affirmative consent is required, we will request it.
These policies are business terms for DTRS Academy and may be updated as the Academy, products, or applicable law change.
